FINALLY....LIPID Hypothesis Debunked!

29 billion dollars, diabetes, liver disease, fertility issue, erectile dsyfunction, obesity, leaky gut and digestive disorders, Alzheimer's, depression, mood swings, metabolic syndrome, PCOS, chronic fatigue, yeast infection, congestive heart failure, cancer, and a long list of other health diseases and symptoms. What do all  of these health conditions have in common? The huge long standing lipid-hypothesis which absurdly started about 50 plus years ago.  It is also known as the 'high cholesterol caused heart disease' hypothesis.

I have blogged a number of times regarding this topic, and hopefully, this will be the last and final post about this whole insanity which has created a whole host of health problems and robbing our bank accounts. I would call it a SPIDER-web effect, or perhaps a 'moon-size' vicious cycle. I have to agree, it is nothing short of a masterclass plan to make billions (if not trillions) of dollars, from this whole saturated fats and cholesterol caused heart disease phobia. When you analyze it thoroughly, the pharmaceutical and food industries are the perfect partners in crime, and both of these giants are so powerful and wealthy, that they have big influence and control over our health-care system, treatment protocols, doctors, dietitians and nutritionists, medical faculties and schools, and the government.

Imagine, we are taking dietary advises from the same dietitians and nutritionists who are taught from the same diet and nutrition institutions who are funded and influenced by food industry? If you don't have brain damage or extremely low IQ, you could do the math easily. The general population is getting so called health advises and diagnosis as well as treatment from conventional doctors who are taught by the lecturers based on pharmaceuticals-driven paradigm? The same medical institutions (except some of the non-profit medical schools, e.g Johns Hopkins) who are largely funded by pharmaceutical companies are taking control of our health and life. Do the math again, and try connect the dots a little bit better this time.

Now, let's go back to the days of our earlier ancestors, our great grand parents era. Let's say 1940's, where our healthier great grandparents were still consuming butter, eggs, animals fats, primarily diet higher in saturated fats and cholesterol compared to today. The rates of heart disease and other chronic diseases are very much lower then now, or since this whole fat-cholesterol phobia started. These healthy folks didn't know much about saturated fats and cholesterol linked with heart disease, but they do know its what the body needs and they feel the satiety after meal, and they feel better and healthier. Getting pregnant and conception were never a problem, erectile dysfunction were almost unheard of, and cancer rates is much lower about 50-60 years ago. Obesity and fat people were rare, compared to what you can observe as of today, as almost everyone is consuming high carbs diet, especially refined processed carbohydrates, and low to non fat diet.

Since Ancel Keys flawed study, it had changed the entire medical industry diagnosis and treatment on heart disease. Food industry madness on promoting low fat, low cholesterol and consuming high carbohydrate diet is making us sicker and fatter in history of mankind. One flawed hypothesis, created a long list of other health problems to the society, making even more profits by boosting other pharmaceutical drugs, and the food manufacturers' bank accounts are exploding with unthinkable profit, which are largely from the grains industry. It wasn't only the sales of statin (cholesterol lowering drug) which grossed the highest selling drugs, but it is what started the money-ball rolling, initiating the domino effect of the entire 'chasing the symptoms' situation. Follow the money....you will find out the conspiracy, and there is no theory to it, because it happened and reality speaks for itself. It's a pity conventional doctors and people like us were made victims, as most doctors have good intentions to help their patients to get better, but the ugly truth of what they learnt about disease diagnosis and treatment, may not be as effective as they would wish.

When the study was recently published, I truly hope every conventional doctors, dietitians and nutritionists as well as general population, read and acknowledge what went wrong, and what was discovered. It has been debunked again and again, and conventional health professionals are either ignoring it or they do not read their journals. Too busy making money? Maybe YES. Most doctors I know don't even have time to prepare their own meals, not to mention knowing how to take care of their own health.

Of course, there are minority of real health professionals and advocates who have been trying to voice out this whole lipid hypothesis scam since years ago. Gary Taubes, Dr. David Perlmutter, Dr. William Davis, Dr. Cate Shanahan, Dr, Frank Sinatra, Dr. Duane Graveline, Dr. Andrew Weil, etc. The list is way too long, and personally, these health professionals are my idols. There are overwhelming studies which shown and debunked this saturated fats-cholesterol madness, to be precise, 72 published journals.

The society has been overdose on sugar and carbs for as long as this low fat low cholesterol phobia started decades ago. Many healthy people have been put on statins due to fear of high cholesterol levels in the body. Soon, younger adults, teenagers and kids will be statinated before we even realize it is killing ourselves! Watch 'Statin Nation' documentary, it's a must watch for anyone who think that cholesterol causes heart disease! Start taking control of your health and life, before you become victim of food and pharmaceutical drugs industries.

Before I sign off, I would like to say that for this whole hypothesis to go away entirely, and for the entire community to accept it, medical schools need to change the way the lecturers teach about saturated fats, cholesterol and heart disease. Statins no longer needed and diagnosis and treatment of heart disease will be almost completely different, and USDA have to remodel most part of the food pyramid and provide new recommendations to everyone. Further more, food industry advertising and marketing on their food products will have to be completely different, and grains based industry will suffer multi trillion dollars loss due to this whole shift. Dietetics and nutrition courses will need to teach a whole new chapter to new students and amend their dietary guidelines too. Do you see where this is going? The entire domino effect is not only about heart disease or saturated fats and cholesterol. It's massively tied to everything related to health, diagnosis, treatment and even policies set by governments. The tipping point is slowly starting, but it may take somewhere between maybe anther 10-15 years for this hypothesis to go away. Remember, it is a multi trillion dollars profit hypothesis!

Check this out:

“It’s not saturated fat we should worry about," said cardiologist Dr. Rajiv Chowdhury, lead author of the study. "It’s the high-carb or sugary diet that should be the focus of dietary guidelines.”

Chowdhury and his colleagues drew their conclusions after reviewing data from 72 published studies of more than 600,000 people from 18 countries. Chowdhury is not the only heart doctor who holds this opinion. Cardiologist Dr. William Davis, author of Wheat Belly, said a low-carb, high-fat diet reverses type 2 diabetes and prevents heart disease.

  3. Fats from oils found in nature are what our body need for bodily functions and maintain good health. Eating saturated fats and monounsaturated fats are essentials to vital physiological functions. It is the rancid polyunsaturated fats from vegetable oils which wreck havoc in the body, fried your arteries and cause huge amount of inflammation, which is one of the cause of heart disease.

Bear in mind, eating carbohydrates, especially refined carbs and sugars, trigger huge amount of insulin release, as this fat-storing hormone not only causes arterial damage, it makes one store much more body fat and a recipe of heart disease, cancer and diabetes, as well as Alzheimer's disease.
