Man Boobs, High Body Fat & ED - Feminization of a Male

Yes. Today's post is for you. Once upon a time, let's travel back to thousands of years ago, perhaps a couple of millions years back. How did our primal ancestors look like, and more importantly, how reproductive are these older species? With no fertility clinics nor Viagra, let's see how much human species have 'transformed' from caveman era, to the modern 'facebooker' stressed-out society.

Today's post, will focus on DUDES. Adult males, or is it feminized weaker species of male dominant? It's getting a little bit more confusing as many guys out there are having some of the characteristics of women. And no, I'm definitely not joking. Look around you, your workplace, shopping malls, your male spouse/partner, and family members and friends too. From male species which evolved for countless generations, our primal ancestors were healthy, lean, strong, functional and reproductive. What about adult males in the 21st century as of today? Imagine a typical 30% body fat, sluggish, overweight, tired and suffering from possible erectile dysfunction. Having developed 'man boobs' with overload of estrogen female hormones would be the icing on the cake. Ladies, can you imagine your partner or spouse suffering from this physical and physiological dilemma?

The LOW-T (testosterone) is hitting our male society hard. We are seeing a transformation of a reproductive, strong, lean male adults, to a much weaker, infertile, high body fat homo sapiens. The question is, why is this happening? How come men are suffering from these health conditions but our ancestors long time ago were so much healthier and reproductive? Remember your great great grandparents could conceive 8 to 10 children, but couples these days barely even able to give birth to a health baby? A lot of couples are suffering from fertility problems and the sale of ED pills is putting a big smile for pharmaceutical companies.

Guys out there, ask yourself this question. "Is ED a deficiency of Viagra or Cialis? Or are you taking synthetic testosterone pills due to low T? The 'chasing da symptoms' mentality is haunting almost everyone who live on this planet earth. We have been hardwired to be dependent and rely on pills, short cut weight loss solutions, or even surgery to address the symptoms we are facing right now. But no one is asking WHY? Conventional diet, fitness and health industries focus primarily on 'targeted' areas or issues. For instance, the obsession of 6 pack abs, or the slimming center provided toning down solutions, and also diet pills for fast track weight loss. But very few health or fitness professionals ask the question WHY. Could liver and gut health be part of poor metabolism and fat loss results? Why isn't the body able to produce testosterone hormones naturally, instead the need to supplement or perhaps relying on bio-identical hormones or synthetic testosterone? And of course the blue pill not only making the ED condition worsen in the long run, but with adverse side effects too.

Not many health practitioners involve in investigative work, when comes to helping or assessing the patient or client. Most conventional doctors do not even want to talk about the cause of the disease or why this and that happened to you. Asking a conventional doctor about diet and nutrition, is like asking an electrician to fix your computer. Funny isn't it? The thing is, most people doesn't even realize about what conventional doctors studied or taught in medical school. Most of these health professionals are bloated, overweight and sick themselves.

Now, let's talk about one of the most embarrassing confession of men, erectile dysfunction. Also known as ED, this health condition used to be non-existent during our primal ancestors evolution days. Since introduction of processed foods decades ago, ED has been known to occur amongst men in the 60's and 70's. It is known as 'elderly sexual disorder'. Present year 2014, especially the last 10 years or so, this condition is soaring sky high, and men as young as late 20's are suffering from this embarrassing condition. A shocking statistic, the reproductive and fertility health of adult males have gotten from bad to worst. The question is, can it get any worst then current situation? The answer is, in my honest opinion, YES.

Apart from seeing newborn babies with reduced penis size, the new generation of boys are becoming estrogen dominant and poor fertility health. Libido in men and women is all time low, intimate encounters and sex sessions have become more of a routine task then passionate craving for your partner and endorphins loaded dose. We are a dying breed of reproductive species, not to mention healthy reproductive functions and hormonal regulation. Most of my guy friends were saying, "I don't have ED". If you go limp or reduced erection during change of position in bed, you are suffering from ED. And if you are unable to achieve and maintain full erection for at least minutes, you have ED. Although psychological and emotional factors do play a role in this area, but generally, young adult males are suffering from this tight-lips dilemma. Most men do not want to talk or confess about this issue, as it will hurt their ego, big time.

How about libido? Why healthy libido is so important in health? Most women think that libido is not important, especially then ones who are in their late 30's and 40's. Most of these middle age women often think that it is normal to have low or no libido. What's even worst, these ladies are still reproductive and menstruating, and sex is no longer a priority in their lives. With stressful jobs and relationships, on top of financial worries and family responsibilities, the modern life has dampen our health as if we have been hit by a bus. Poor or low libido, is a classic sign of hormonal depletion, adrenal fatigue and pregnenolone steal is a high possibility. A reproductive adult with healthy libido, men or women, represents a homo sapien who is hormonally and psysiologically healthy, if not optimal health. If one is often in 'fight or flight' survival state due to chronic stress, reproduction is the last thing your body wants. Thyroid functions and metabolism will slow down, and body fat accumulation will increase overtime. High cortisol, low testosterone and estrogen levels predominantly higher then normal for male adults. Feminization of a male adult is increasingly alarming, a mediocre observation skill will realize how many guys out there are high in total body fat, physically weak and low energy levels, apart from limp down south (you know what i meant). Carrying that sagging high-fat tissue boobs is not something to be proud of, and summer beach days might not be so enjoyable for some of you out there.

Every guy wants a lean, muscular strong body. The same apply with women, who dream of a lean, curvy body. Why are both men and women suffer from such physical and hormonal headaches? I may not have the entire answers for you, but I hereby layout some of the critical factors which dampen your sex life, physical outlook, and vitality.

1) Soybean (processed) - Tofu, soy milk, edamame, soy ingredients in packaged food products
One of the highest phytoestrogen foods on the planet, eliminate this foods in your diet. High estrogen in men, is accountable for man boobs and low testosterone levels as well as ED. Fermented organic soy is allowed in small amounts, but consume it sparringly.

2) Petrochemicals/toxins exposure
Toxic chemicals such as pesticides, herbicides, toluene, BPA, benzene, hexane and similiar environmental chemicals act as endocrine disruptor. These chemicals have been shown in studies to cause hormonal dsyregulation in humans and animals. Conventionally grown foods and skin care products are contaminated with these chemicals.

3) Sugars, Wheat, Grains, Refined carbs
Twin evil foods for fat loss, responsible for insulin resistance and over secretion of fat-storing hormone insulin. Almost everyone is sugar or wheat addict. Imagine sugar-drunken sperm trying to find it's way to the female egg?

4) Chronic stress
This is a big one and most people miss it. Many people assume that their adrenals are working properly and no hormonal problems, because they are still 'functional' and alive. Adrenal fatigue is one of the most common stress-related condition which will rob you off your vitality, hormones and your declined sex life.

5) Excessive endurance/intense exercises
Going for that 20 km run again? Apart from a stressful lifestyle and reasonably poor diet, participating on a long hours of cardio or endurance training or exercise may not be helpful for your adrenals. Secreting chronic stress hormones from doing this type of exercises will only 'steal' your sex hormones and depletes your libido and vitality. It doesn't matter marathon, trialthon, cross-fit or steady state cardio. The goal is, shorter duration of exercises focusing on quality and intensity, rather then total amount of training. Integrating strength training, particularly heavy lifting, will force the body to release high amounts of testosterone. Train smart functionally, but not only hard.

6) Alcohol
It has been shown to lower testosterone levels in men. This popular beverage primarily contain high amount of pesticides, sugars, grains and estrogen hormones. Unless it's a special occasion, try limit perhaps red wine once in a while?

7) Poor circadian rhythm
Late night sleep triggers high cortisol stress hormones and insulin, thus the cravings for sugars. Most people will end up eating carbs and sugars during midnight triggering the vicious cycle of insulin-cortisol-leptin dsyregulation. High sugars consumption and stress hormones further depletes testoterone and stealing sex hormones, and robbing off your energy levels and cause mental tiredness. If your brain is tired mentally, it will affect your libido and performance in bed.
