On the 2nd day of the convention, things are getting better and better, more fun and loaded with kick ass workouts and great workshops! After the end of day 2, the muscles are sore and DOMS are kicking in. 8 tough workout sessions in 2 days! One more day to go before the end of the convention. Enjoy the pics and videos.
