Vacation: What do you have for breakfast?

Everyone loves a holiday. Everyone loves going on vacation. But, how many of you kick off your day with a healthy nutritious meal for breakfast? Let's see...what i have for breakfast while I'm on holiday overseas. Simple yet nutritious. By attempting to eat as much organic whole food as possible, you indirectly reduce eating crappy food and avoid toxins especially pesticides, trans fat and chemicals, while on vacation. Well, I'm not saying you can't enjoy all the delicious local food while on holiday, it's just that mixing organic whole food would be such a good idea for a healthier diet while travelling. You guys should try it out.

Breakfast:

  1. 2 tablespoon of organic coconut oil
  2. 2 raw organic free range eggs
  3. organic cucumbers (eat it raw)
  4. organic baby tomatoes (eat it raw)
  5. Some clean good quality water (Artesian FIJI) (I know bottled water is not good, but I can't get a good filtered water from tap).  1 litre of this bottled water cost about Rm7.
